The Court made the following Order:
1. The petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.5 in F.I.R No.137 of 2023, on the file of RSASTF Police Station, Tirupati, Tirupati District, for the alleged offence under Section 379 of the IPC read with Section 34 of the IPC. and Sections 20(1)(d)(i)(a) read with 20(1)(D) (ii), (iii), (iv), X and 36(9) read with 32-A of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Amendment Act, 2016.
2. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is complete, and the charge sheet has also been filed against the accused. The petitioner is shown as absconding.
3. Considering the submission that the investigation is complete, the Criminal Petition is disposed off, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so aggrieved. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
