The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 312 of 2015, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4), 310(5) & 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. On 25.06.2025, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended while they were attempting to enter Raja Bangla. On search, a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that co-accused Santosh Oraon has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9757/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
