P Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011 and consequently set aside the said proceedings dated 20.7.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and to pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard Sri M. Pitchaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the proceedings, dated 19.12.2018, vide Memo No.33/CS.II(2)/2018, dated 19.12.2018, of the Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.II) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, by which the appeal petition filed by the writ petitioner before the Government of Andhra Pradesh was allowed and the licencing authority was directed to sanction repairing licence to the appellant/writ petitioner for two districts, namely, Krishna and Guntur Districts as was requested by the appellant. 3 BSB, J W.P.No.27111 of 2018 4. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition. 5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents is present. 6. Accordingly, recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
