ORDER Date : 13.07.2026 Mr. A K Das, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner desires not to press the present Writ Petition any further, inasmuch as, the appeal, preferred by the Petitioner, against the
order imposing penalty of removal from service, has since been disposed of. Accordingly, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to re-file the same.
