The present appellant- Karam Singh had filed the suit in the year 1996 for declaration to the effect that the order dated 30.12.1993 passed by defendant No.4 whereby his 3 annual grade increments have been stopped with cumulative effect and his further appeals etc. have been dismissed, are illegal, null and void. 2. The said suit was dismissed by the trial Court and the appeal filed by the plaintiff was also dismissed. It is not dipusted that there is no stay in the present appeal. 3. The appellant- Karam Singh has appeared in person and has produced Adhaar Card, copy of which has been taken on record as Mark-A. The said Karam Singh has stated that he had retired in the year 2010 and does not wish to pursue the present appeal and seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 3.
