ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue khata in favour of the petitioners as requested by them online on 31.08.2024 and as per another representation dated 10.09.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that they had purchased the property from one Sri.K.N.Mohan on 29.08.2022 under the Registered Sale Deed and, as a matter of fact, the khata was registered in the name of one his vendor Sri.K.N.Mohan.
3. It is the further case of the petitioners that, since they had purchased the property under the Registered Sale Deed, it was necessary that the khata be transferred in their name.
4. In my view, since, the petitioners claims that their vendor’s name was registered as a khatedar and they had purchased the property under the Registered Sale Deed, it would be appropriate to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioners and pass necessary orders within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
5. The 2nd and 3rd respondents shall take into
consideration the fact that the khata was registered

in the name of vendor of the petitioners and they had purchased under the Registered Sale Deed.
6. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
7. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
