Upon coming of this matter for consideration, the counsel for the respondents invited attention of this Court to the order dated 04.04.2025, a perusal of which would reveal that the counsel for the respondents had raised a preliminary objection qua the jurisdiction of this Court and the adjudication of the instant matter by the Central Administrative Tribunal, as a result whereof, the counsel for the petitioner came to be directed to address on the said question. 2. Today, the counsel for the petitioner would at the very outset submit that the matter be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal for its adjudication in view of the objection raised by the counsel for the respondents. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtained in the matter, the Registry is directed to transfer the instant petition for adjudication to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench.
