Case No. 38 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64(1), 62, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has attempted to commit rape upon the victim. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 24.01.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because of admitted land dispute between the parties. 6.
