The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 33/2025 arising out of Porayahat P.S. Case No. 94/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-II, Godda. 3. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased Kalpana Kumari. It is alleged that deceased was assaulted by the accused persons for which she was under treatment and subsequently she died. 4. It appears that deceased was initially given treatment on 13.05.2024. The doctor who had examined the deceased has reported that she had sustained simple injury. It further appears that deceased died after one and half months from the date of occurrence. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
