Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner had filed W.P.No.8336/2024, and interim orders were passed on 18.03.2024, staying the sale notice dated 24.01.2025, and all further proceedings thereto, subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.5 Lakhs within a period of six weeks. However, the petitioner has failed to deposit the amount. The said writ petition is still pending. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6511 WP No. 33059 of 2024 3. On going through the memorandum of the writ petition, this Court does not find anything stated in the writ petition regarding filing of the earlier writ petition. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed. In view of the disposal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2025 does not survive for consideration and the same stands disposed of.
