On 05.09.2025, it was noticed that appellant No.1- Laxmi Singh S/o late Shri Surat Ram had expired apart from the fact that respondent No.1 had also expired.
2. Counsel for the appellant has pleaded no instructions on behalf of the appellants No.2 to 4 who are also LRs of late Shri Surat Ram.
3. A perusal of the paper-book would go on to show that the suit of the appellant-plaintiff which had been initiated by late Shri Surat Ram for permanent injunction had been dismissed by the Trial Court on 15.07.2005. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

4. In the appeal filed by the present appellant-LRs of late Shri Surat Ram and no relief had been granted, vide order dated 31.12.2009.
5. Apparently, keeping in view the fact that there is long efflux of time and keeping in view the nature of controversy, it is thus apparent that appellants have lost their interest as such to pursue the matter.
6. Resultanlty, the present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution, so also thepending application(s), if any.
