“It is therefore prayed that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/ quash the impugned framing of charges (Annexure-A/1) Dated 18.02.2011 passed by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh in Case No.551/2010 [STATE OF CG vs. BALDAU PRASAD BHANWAR] whereby framed the charges against the applicant under Section 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, by allowing instant criminal revision petition.”
4. In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Criminal Case No.551/2010, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
