He further submits that the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Umrain, Panchayat Samiti Weir, Bharatpur has also verified the fact that the applicant No.6-Bhura is the same person whose name in the record is Kehari Singh S/o Mukut Singh. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel for the applicant/petitioner and also the other material placed before this Court, the Court deems just and proper to allow this application. 4. Accordingly, this criminal misc. application is allowed. The name of applicant No.6-Bhura S/o Mukut is corrected/modified as "Bhura @ Kehari Singh S/o Mukut Singh".
