Mr. Viren Sibal, Advocate for the respondents. **** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (Oral) 1. Writ Court passed the following order on 29.01.2025:- “1. The petitioner, appearing in person, informs that her grievance appears to have been redressed in view of an e-mail dated 27.01.2025 received from Centralized Admission Cell, Punjabi University, Patiala. 2. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to revisit the Court in case the grievance still remains un-redressed. 3. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.” 2. Petitioner claims violation of the said order. However, perusal of the order would reveal that the writ petition was disposed off on the statement made by petitioner herself that her grievance appears to have been redressed by way of e-mail dated 27.01.2025.
