Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 84 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 456, 376(3), 387, 469, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 67B of the I.T. Act and Sections 14(2), 8, 4 of the POCSO Act and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 456, 376(3), 387, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 67A, 67B of the I.T. Act and Sections 4(2), 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. Bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7939 of 2024 by order dated 16.12.2024. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have raped 13 years old daughter of the informant. He also made video of the occurrence viral. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 6. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
