Let a decree be passed on the terms of the Terms of Settlement by making the said Terms of Settlement dated 25th August, 2026 as part of the decree. The suit being CS No. 42 of 2025 is, accordingly, decreed. 2 Let a decree be drawn up expeditiously. Since the suit is decreed, any pending application filed in this suit also stands disposed of without any further order by vacating the interim order, if any, including discharge of Receiver.
