The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 207 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Shri Abhishek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga. 3. On 19.03.2025 at about 2:30 P.M., Kuru police apprehended co- accused Raushan Kumar from Pachamba Patra NH-39 Main Raod. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but he was not apprehended at spot. It was further submitted that apprehended co-accused Roushan Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9310/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Abhishek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga or his successor in connection with Kuru P.S.
