Sri Harsha Ammineni, learned counsel representing Sri A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel for the appellant submits, that in spite of the efforts being made, the appellant is not evincing any interest to proceed further, and consequently, he is unable to prosecute the appeal. 3. Sri Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the respondents are present. 4. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. The interim order granted by this Court in A.S.M.P.No.805 of 2008 on 23.04.2008 stands vacated. No order as to costs.
