As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. In case, the applicant is aggrieved with the order dated 05.05.2025, the applicant has the remedy to challenge it before the appropriate forum.
