Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) As per the order dated 27.04.2026, passed by the Deputy Director, School Education (Elementary), Kangra, H.P., the petitioner who was retired on 31.01.2018, has been granted the benefit of counting his contractual service for the purposes of pension, in view of the judgment in LPA No.338 of 2024, titled as “Narayan Dutt Sharma and Ors. vs. State of H.P.”, subject to final outcome of the SLP pending consideration before the Apex Court. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. In similar circumstances, the issue of payment of annual increments has been stayed by the Apex Court, and also in similar circumstances, we have dismissed the execution petition, giving liberty to file application for revival, in case so needed, in Execution Petition No.26 of 2025, titled as “Narayan Dutt Sharma and Ors. vs. State of H.P.”, on 23.04.2026. 3. In these circumstances, we do not find any plausible reason to continue the execution proceedings and the same are accordingly closed. 4. The execution petition stands disposed of. ( G.S.
