This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending their arrest for the offences under Section 467 of the Indian Penal Act in connection with Complainant Case No.890 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned JMFC-XXVII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2, namely, Kajru Munda has already been arrested. 4. Admittedly, cognizance has been taken in this case and summons has been issued. 5. Petitioner No.1 should appear before the Court concerned answering the summons. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
