1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 02.01.2025, passed in MCRC Nos. 9030/2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioners No.1 and 3, namely, Tiharu Vishwakarma and Jagat Vishwakarma @ Jaggu, and rejecting the bail of the petitioner No.2, namely, Pradeep Vishwakarma, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh, District – Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Sessions Division, Raigarh (C.G.), through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Raigarh, District – Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 01.07.2025 has requested for grant of 4 month’s time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, the statements of 09 witnesses have been recorded, and 04 more witnesses including the main witness of fact and the injured are yet to be examined before the trial Court. Due to which, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of 4 month’s time for concluding the trial.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
