Perused the report of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna dated 16.07.2025, wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant of the aforesaid appeal bearing Cr. Appeal (DB) No.354 of 1997, namely Kameshwar Chaudhary has died in the year, 2020 and in support thereof, a certificate issued by the Sarpanch, Gram Kachahri, Alawalpur, District-Patna dated 16.07.2025 has been annexed, wherein it has been stated that Kameshwar Chaudhary (sole appellant of the aforesaid appeal) has died in the year, 2020. 2. Considering the aforesaid fact of this case, we have no reason to disbelieve the factum of the death of the sole appellant of the aforesaid case, hence the present appeal stands abated.
