The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested on 18-5-2024 in connection with Crime No. 66 of 2024 registered at Police Station – Bagbahar, District Jashpur (CG) for alleged commission of offences under 2 Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n) of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. First bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 24-9-2024 passed by this Court. 2. In pursuance of the notice issued to the victim, victim has appeared before this Court through video conferencing and raised no objection to grant bail to the applicant and her objection is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail petition with liberty to revive the same after recording the statement of the Head Master. 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, MCRC No. 5714 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the applicant.
