Since the Applicant has deposited a part of the compensation amount, the sentence for the ofence punishable under Section 138 of the NI Act imposed by the JMFC, Bicholim in Criminal Case No.OA/476/2019 by its order dated 17.09.2022 shall stand suspended on the Applicant furnishing a 8th May 2025 907-CRMA-49-2025.DOC PR bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten housand only) to be executed before the Superintendent of Central Jail, Colvale. 3. he appeal iled before the Sessions Court, Panaji bearing No. CRIA No.2/2023 is rejected. he Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.30,000/- during the pendency of the appeal in Bank Account of the Respondent No.2. 4. On his release, the Applicant shall furnish the PR bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten housand only) with one surety in the like amount before the JMFC, Bicholim within a week of his release.
