Masalia, District- Dumka 9.Smt. Kavita Devi, W/o Shri Subal Mandal, R/o Village- Baskidih, P.O. K Bhoktadih, P.S. Masalia, Dist- Dumka, Jharkhand … Respondent(s) ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Shubham Mishra, Advocate For the State : Mr. Shishir Suman, AC to AAG-IV …...... 07 / 15.10.2025: This case was listed on 04.08.2025 when non-appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Further it is apparent that as the earlier order was also not complied, two weeks’ time was granted to the petitioner to comply the earlier order and file requisites. 2. Today, when the matter is called out, Mr. Shubham Mishra appears and submits that the petitioner had taken the file from him two years ago with specific instruction not to appear in this case. Thus, he cannot argue in this case and nor can take any step. He submits that only to inform this Court about the aforesaid development, he had appeared today. 3. From the record, I find that no fresh vakalatnama has been filed by the petitioner nor the earlier order has been complied with. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in this case. Thus, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 15th October, 2025 R.S./
