Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record. 3. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already attended the exams that was conducted from 08.11.2024 to 29.11.2024, nothing further survives in this petition and hence, the petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh petition. 4.
