The learned Advocate General make a categorical statement that a promotion order on adhoc basis to the post of Executive Engineer 29th July, 2025 WP 287 of 2025 (Civil) shall be issued to the Petitioner forthwith giving effect from today i.e. 29.07.2025. 2.
