Koteswara Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Official Respondents have passed an Order on 07.02.2025, thereby, complying with the direction of this Court vide Order dated 13.09.2024 in W.P.No.19206 of 2024. Learned Counsel would submit that the Petitioners intend to challenge the Order passed by the Respondents on 07.02.2025. 2. Having regard to the facts of this case, this Court is of the view that the cause in the present Contempt Case does not survive since the Official Respondents have already passed the Order. Needless to state that the Petitioners always have the liberty to challenge such Order dated 07.02.2025 through appropriate proceedings. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 4.
