The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1), 238(b) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Shikha Agarwal, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj.
Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased. In the year, 2021, due to some dispute, deceased started residing in her parental house. Prior to the occurrence, petitioner called the deceased and she was stopped on the way as per the confession by her brother. Petitioner picked her and thereafter, she was murdered.
