CMP No.28820 of 2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by the applicants/respondent No.1 to 6 & 8 to 11 for release of the enhanced awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 2. As per the applicants, they require the amount of compensation for their rehabilitation. Therefore, it is prayed that the enhanced awarded amount of compensation, falling in their respective shares, alongwith up-to-date interest be released in their favour. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants, except applicant No.3-Sumitra Devi. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General for the non- applicant/appellant submitted that he does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the amount is released in favour of the applicant as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 23.09.2025 passed by this Court. 4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of applicants, except applicant No.3-Sumitra Devi, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire balance awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of applicants/respondents No.1 to 6 & 8 to 11, as per their respective shares, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application. 5.
