By way of filing of this petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned orders dated 13.12.2024 & 14.12.2024 by which [2025:RJ-JP:5901] (2 of 2) [CW-19567/2024] the petitioner has been placed under “Awaiting Posting Order” (for short, “the APO”). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that subsequently, the petitioner has been transferred from the post of AEN, AVVNL, Jhunjhunu to perform his duties as AEN (Project & Tech-IA) in the Office of Xen (Rural) at AVVNL, Jhunjhunu vide order dated 07.02.2025. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this petition is rendered infructuous.
