Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused Virender. Two co-accused namely Sehdev and Chintu have been exonerated by the Investigating Agency in this case. Co-accused Virender has also been granted bail by this Court and thus, prays for bail.
3.

-2- there is CCTV footage of dhaba regarding his presence with the co-accused. Even transaction of money through UPI to the present petitioner in his account also shows his involvement. The allegation against the present petitioner is serious in nature that he is the main accused, who supplied the huge quantity i.e. 87.8 kgs of ghanja. He was at large for two years and after release, he will not be available for trial.
