Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 179 of 2025 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 436, 427, 384, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, Sections 10 and 13 of the U.A.P. Act and cognizance has been taken for the offense under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 436, 427, 384, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau.

On 23.08.2023 at about 07.15 pm, the extremists are alleged to have set ablaze three Hywa, one Grinder, one Roller, one Paver, one Tractor and one motorcycle to enforce the demand of rangdari.

It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau, in connection with S.T. No. 179 of 2025 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023.
