---- 02/16.10.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No.165 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the brother of Rizwan Ansari and the informant has invested Rs.10,00,000/- in the company of Rizwan Ansari, who is running the shop of Tour and Travels. He further submits that even the money has not been received by the petitioner and only because he is the brother of Rizwan Ansari he has implicated in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer

and submits that the petitioner happened to be the brother of Rizwan Ansari.

Considering that Rizwan Ansari is the Tour and Travel agent and in his shop amount was alleged to be invested by the informant and Rizwan Ansari has received the said amount as alleged and the petitioner happened to be the brother of Rizwan Ansari and apart from that there is nothing against the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No.165 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
