Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record office letter dated 06.11.2025 and on that basis submitted that save and except interest component, all retiral benefits due admissible to the petitioner stands paid to him and further submitted that interest liability shall also be disbursed to the him within six weeks. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to clear their remaining liability towards the petitioner i.e. by paying 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order?
