The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the representation was submitted in the year 2023, and as such, a fresh representation was submitted. 2 3. Considering the same, the petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent, duly annexing a copy of the orders passed by the competent Court.
