The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 210 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 417 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C. and chargesheet has been submitted under Section 302, 201, 120B & 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 728 of 2025 by order dated 30.01.2025. 4. On 17.05.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Kendu Gach Morh, Gamharia. During the course of investigation, the petitioner and her husband were apprehended and they confessed their guilt and on the confession of the petitioner, clothes and Aadhar Card of the deceased was recovered from her house. 5. Mrs. Ritu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2024 and out of 20 witnesses, prosecution has examined only 10 witnesses and there is no likelihood of the trial to be concluded in the near future. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Purty Sharma has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 1406 of 2025. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with S.T.
