Sinha, Advocate ------ 03/16.10.2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 63/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil. 3. On 15.04.2025, husband of the informant namely Mohammad Husain left his house and thereafter he went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered from a place behind the house of Taslima Neta in Tajnagar. Suspicion has been raised upon the named accused persons and others that they might have committed murder of the deceased. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and on his confession, mobile phone of the deceased is said to have been recovered. 4. Attention has been drawn towards that the seizure list relating to recovery of mobile phone of the deceased. From perusal of which, it appears that seizure list does not bear the signature of this petitioner. 5. Learned counsel on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
