01. The grievance of the petitioners is that the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu, vide order dated 31.12.2024, has rejected Order No. 412- SSB of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 passed by the respondents, on the ground that the same is not in consonance with the directions issued by the Tribunal.

03. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, accepts notice on behalf of respondents’ No. 1 and 2.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate motion for his impleadment as a party in the contempt petition. On the motion being filed, before proceeding further in the matter, the Tribunal shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
