Mr. Rajat Choudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, Mr. Shubham Sood and Mr. Ravinder Thakur, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 and 3 & 4, respectively. 2. Petitioner feels aggrieved against his alleged placement by respondent No.3 in the lower pay-scale at E-5 Level. According to 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 the petitioner, his such placement is not proportional and equivalent to his designation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has preferred a representation on 16.11.2025 to respondent No.3 for the redressal of his above grievance, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date by the said respondent/competent authority. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that the above representation was preferred only recently and respondent No.3 is in the process of considering the same and it shall be positively decided within next four weeks. 4. In view of above and the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No.3, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
