Learned Public Prosecutor assisted by the learned counsel for complainant vehemently opposes the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the complainant submits there is specific allegations against the petitioner No.1-Dilkhus @ Dillu to cause injury on the head of Prem Singh and one case has been registered against petitioner No.2-Hansraj @ Golu and investigation is still going on. 4. I have considered the contentions. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case especially the fact that there is specific allegation on the accused- petitioner-Dilkhush to cause injury, I do not find it a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner-Dilkhush @ Dillu. Accordingly, the bail application of petitioner No.1-Dilkhush @ Dillu is hereby dismissed. 6.
As far as other accused petitioner No.2- Hansraj @ Golu is concerned, having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, especially the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to cause specific injury to the injured, but without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it proper to allow the bail application. 6. This bail application of petitioner No.2 is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Hansraj @ Golu S/o Bajranga shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a
