For the Respondents: Ms. Sneh Bhimta, Advocate. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Since it is not in dispute that there is an alternative remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to entertain the present petition, however having taken note of the fact that a person ( Managing Director of the respondent- Bank), who had actually issued charge-sheet to the petitioner as Disciplinary Authority, has proceeded to pass the dismissal order as an Appellate Authority, coupled with the fact that petitioner is left with two days to retire, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority i.e. Registrar Co-operative Societies, within a period of one week, but till then, order of termination 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) laid challenge in the instant case shall not be given effect to.
