Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Itki P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri M.K. Indwar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 20.02.2025 at about 10.30 p.m., deceased was attending a wedding party in which the petitioner was also present. It is alleged that the petitioner had opened blank fire. It is further alleged that the petitioner had also mistakenly shot the deceased, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that even assuming the allegation to be true, at best, this case will be made out under section 105 of the B.N.S. It was further submitted that the co-accused Pawan Das has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.K.
