CMP No.29119 of 2025 The present application under Section 151 CPC has been maintained by applicants/appellants No.1 to 5 for release of award amount alongwith up-to-date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 2. As per the applicants, they require the money for their rehabilitation. Therefore, it is prayed that the enhanced amount of compensation, along with up-to-date interest, be released in their favour as per their respective shares. The application is duly supported with affidavits of the applicants/appellants No.1 to 5. 3. No reply is intended to be filed to the present application and learned vice counsel, under instructions received from Mr.Shashi Shirshoo, Advocate, for the non-applicants/ respondents No.1 & 3, states that he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation,along with up-to-date interest in favour of the applicants/appellants No.1 to 5 as per their respective shares, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application.
