Hakim appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will not press the present Special Civil Application with a view to file appropriate proceedings before the Waqf Tribunal. He submits that all the contentions raised in the present writ petition be kept open. Considering the submissions, the present Special Civil Application stands disposed of as not pressed. In the facts of the present case, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on today till 15.05.2025. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case nor any opinion is expressed thereon and no C/SCA/6484/2025 ORDER DATED: 08/05/2025 equity shall be claimed by the petitioners in respect of the status-quo.
