SOLOMON RAJU MANCHALAFOR (APSRTC) The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:- “… to issue a Writ or Order more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI calling for records relating to the order passed by the learned Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court Visakhapatnam in Industrial Dispute No.30/2016, dated 22.07.2019 and to set aside the same to the extent of not granting the back wages by extending the service benefits and also deferring the annual increment for a period of one with cumulative effect as alternative punishment which is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Art. 14 16 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently grant to the extent of back wages and also set aside the alternate punishment deferring the annual increment 2 for a period of one with cumulative effect and to pass such other order or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Tarlada Vinod Kumar learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7124 of 2021. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not refute the said submission. 5. Following the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.7124 of 2021, dated 25.07.2024. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.7124 of 2021, to this order.
