Learned Deputy Advocate General has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.2500/- drawn in the name of the petitioner to his learned vice counsel.

Learned Deputy Advocate General has also placed on record a copy of office order dated 26.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of above office order, the present proceedings though be closed, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, including against the consideration order.

Granting such permission, this contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
