The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition that the petitioner may be permitted to move a representation before the authorities respondents No.03 and 4 for payment of the gratuity amount of husband of the petitioner and the authorities concerned may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time-frame with respect Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 to the payment of gratuity amount. He would further submit that husband of the petitioner was working on post of Constable (Trade) and has died on 08- 01-2022 in harness. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is made to the petitioner to file her representation and then the authorities concerned is ready to decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time-frame in accordance with law after verifying the service record of husband of the petitioner. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and on the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to move her representation before respondents No.3 and 4 within two weeks from today along with copy of this order and if such representation is made by the petitioner to the respondents No. 3 and 4, then respondents no.3 and 4 shall take a decision on such representation of the petitioner within a further period of two months in accordance with law on its own merits after verifying the service record of husband of the petitioner if there is no impediment to decide the representation. 5.
