On 18.07.2025, the petitioner was apprehended by Sahibganj Town Police and on search, a country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It appears that the petitioner is an accused in as many as four cases. 5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
